Spearhead was preceded by Trishakti Personality Development Group, a partnership firm, in the year 1999. The main aim was to develop Physical, Intellectual and Emotional status of youth to direct them towards careers in the Armed Forces, Civil Services and Management. However, ‘Spearhead’ is a re-cast and enhanced version of “Trishakti”. The main stay is the interactions between the youth and the spearhead team. In enhancing the capabilities of the youth, the Resource Team shares their experiences from which the younger generation learn and it becomes easy to pass on the baton in letter and spirit. This enables the youth to get nurtured and become contributors to Nation Building and higher level of human enterprise.
The main focus of Spearhead revolves around Developing Capabilities of the Youth, Directing them appropriately and making them tread the path of success in all areas of human enterprise, upholding values and strength of character and moving towards Nation-building.
